Job Description

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative supports customers by handling inquiries, processing orders-primarily received through email-and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing customer emails and calls, entering and tracking orders, providing product information, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred
  • Work stability strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Sage 100 (Sage100) preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP or order-processing systems is a plus

Salary: $20-$22

Hours: Full-time, on-site, 40 hours, M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
